Terms of service
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUS TRIP BOOKINGS
By purchasing a seat on any trip operated by Hudson Valley Fun Bus LLC, the Guest agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment. Payment is required to secure a seat.
2. Cancellation by Guest. Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@hudsonvalleyfunbus.com and we can transfer your ticket to another individual OR transfer you to another tour.
3. Cancellation by Company. Company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. If Company cancels, Guest receives a full refund or credit toward a future trip at Guest's option.
4. Variable Environments. Tours may include walking on uneven pavement, gravel, narrow stairs, etc. Temperature and weather conditions are beyond our control, so dress appropriately for the day.
5. Check-In. Guest must arrive at the designated pickup location NO LATER THAN 15 minutes prior to departure time. If Guest misses the departure, Company is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative transportation.
6. Identification. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
7. Conduct. Guest agrees to behave in a respectful manner. Company reserves the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, without refund.
8. Photography and Media. By participating, Guest grants Company permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes, unless Guest submits a written opt-out prior to the trip.
9. Changes to Itinerary. Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, venue availability, road safety or other unforeseen circumstances. Substituted activities will be of comparable value.
10. Liability. Guest agrees to sign and comply with the Liability Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid by Guest for the trip.
11. Intellectual Property. Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Hudson Valley Fun Bus, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Hudson Valley Fun Bus, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Hudson Valley Fun Bus. Hudson Valley Fun Bus's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Hudson Valley Fun Bus or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Hudson Valley Fun Bus. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
